The Saratoga Senior Apartments offer independent seniors the choice of affordable rental living in the friendly community of Vacaville. The Saratoga offers a sense of serenity within a comfortable community. Residing at The Saratoga will enable you to walk a short block from your home to visit the Vacaville Cultural Center where you can attend the numerous classes and entertainment programs offered throughout the year. The Saratoga is conveniently adjacent to shopping at Vacaville Commons, Power Plaza and the Vacaville Factory Stores. You may prefer to stay on the grounds of Saratoga to enjoy a refreshing swim or to participate in social activities in the spacious clubhouse. There will always be plenty to keep you active if you choose; or you may wish to just sit, relax and enjoy the friendly neighborhood setting of The Saratoga.

Saratoga Senior Apartments were opening in 2000. Phase II was added on and opened in the year 2002. We have a total of 228 units. We have 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% units. We currently have an open waiting list for some of these units and have availabilities for the others now.

NEIGHBORHOOD LIFESTYLE :
Vacaville has a wide range of different activities and sites to explore. The Vacaville Performing Arts Theater is one of the number one hot spots our seniors like to spend their time. It is part of the Vacaville Cultural Center, at 1010 Ulatis Drive,(Right around the corner from us)hosts a variety of musical, theatrical, dance, and educational programs throughout the year in a state-of-the-art 500 seat facility. Amoung this, Vacaville has serveral art galleries, skating centers, bingo, GreenTree Golf Club, and movie theaters.

For just Seniors, Vacaville has the McBride Senior Center that offers a variety of classes and activities for adults age 50 and older. The Sunday afternoon dances are back!

The Vacaville Community Services Department offer everthing from Japenese Language lessons to cooking with Flair sessions, designated specifically for seniors. Additional activities created with seniors in mind include: Computer skills training, Yoga and Tai Chi recreation classes, and a Knit & Crochet group.

Age Limitations: The head of household must be 18 years, or an emancipated minor as required by law. If you are applying to our senior community the head of household must be a minimum of 55 years of age. Documentation must be provided if an emancipated minor is the head of household.
