Application Info

Application Fee: $30 All applications are processed in the order received. The applicant who is first to pay the application fee, remits all required documents, qualifies and pays the required move-in charges after approval will be selected. We continue to process all applications unitl a deposit is received by applicant. The applicant may place a "hold" deposit on the property to reserve the residence for up to 3 days. Placing a hold on an apartment does not guarantee approval but shall take the selected unit off the market while the application is processed. Each applicant will be charged a nonrefundable application-processing fee of $30.00. This fee will include checking credit, prior rental history, and criminal background checks.
